That's why I encourage you to be ready with:
- Job Description - A written job description for
the positions you want to fill.
- Salary and Benefits - Salary ranges and benefits
package help define the level of talent you are looking
for.
- Contact Person -The decision-makers for hiring
available position(s).
- Deal-breakers - Any mandatories regarding candidates'
qualifications.
Of course, I'll also want to know things like, why the
position is open (new or replacing), candidate attributes
you're looking for, account or industry experience needs,
and any educational requirements.
Then, all you need to do is sign my contract and we are
ready to go.
Together we'll finalize the screening and interviewing
