Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, I spent 15 years in account management at nationally known agencies like Campbell Mithun, Carlson Marketing Group and Rapp Collins Worldwide. That experience taught me firsthand the skills needed to excel in the communications field — and how to spot those skills in individuals.
