A design firm where I had placed a designer and account executive was trying to fill an office manager/receptionist position. After interviewing candidates another search firm (who specializes in Admin but not Agencies) had supplied, the owner wanted to see if I could help them.

Within a week they interviewed three candidates and brought two back for second interviews. Their new office manager/receptionist was hired within two weeks of calling Menzies Search.
